Kale soup cooked according to this traditional recipe will warm you up on frosty days even today. The recipe was sent to us by Dalibor M.
Ingredients:
400 g
of potatoes
200 g
of capon
200 g
of sour cream
50 g
bacon
1.5 l
bone broth
1 pk
bonefish
1 pcs

Procedure:
Slice the onion finely, sauté in the lard in a pot with the bacon cubes, pour in the stock, add ½ of the diced potatoes
When the potatoes are soft, strain the broth, strain, (nowadays blend) through a sieve the potatoes into the soup
Add to the soup the cabbage cut into strips, the other half of the potatoes cut into cubes, add salt and pepper, cook until the cabbage and potatoes are soft
Stir the cream into the soup at the end, simmer briefly
Pour the soup into plates and add the rounds of browned sausage.
