Olade with apples

Flour pancakes fried in oil, served drizzled with butter and honey.

Ingredients:

250 g smooth flour 100 g of yeast 3 pcs apple 1 pcs egg 0.5 l of milk 2 tbsp frying fat 1 tsp sugar salt melted butter honey

Procedure:

1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk
2. Add beaten egg, sugar and salt, stir in flour until a thin dough forms
3. Let the dough rise, once it has doubled in volume stir in the peeled apples finely chopped into the dough
4. Spoon the dough into a hot frying pan greased with fat and fry on both sides
5. Pour melted butter and honey over the finished olade, serve immediately.
