Soup served chilled.

Ingredients:

600 g of cooked meat 1.5 dl of cream 9 dl of fermented cucumber sauce 2 pcs hard boiled egg 2 pcs pickles 1 pc small onions

mustard garlic sugar salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat, cucumber and cooked egg whites into cubes, add finely chopped onion and garlic, the pickle juice and mix
2. Add salt and sweeten the soup and chill
4. Before serving, add ice cubes to the soup.
