Octopus on red

Serve this dish with fresh bread, both hot and cold. Red octopus is also suitable as part of vegetable salads.

Ingredients:

300 ml of red wine 100 ml 7 pcs of garlic cloves chillies to taste water salt /td> 1 kg of cleaned, ready-to-cook octopus

Procedure:

1. 1. Pour in the wine, reduce the heat source and cook slowly for 60 minutes until the meat is tender, if the liquid evaporates a lot, add more wine or water
3. Just before the end, add sliced garlic and chopped, cored chili peppers to the octopuses; salt the octopuses only at the end of their preparation
4. Serve the dish warm or cold, preferably with fresh bread (baguettes are great).
