Octopus on red wine II

In the original this recipe is called “Krasáto ochtapódi”. This variant is from the show “VIP Prostřenp” by Mr. Vágner.

Procedure:
1. Cut the washed octopus into larger pieces and place them in a reasonably sized pot, pour olive oil and red wine over them so that the octopus is completely submerged
2. Covered, simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered, on a low heat source until the wine has boiled off and a thick sauce has formed, which takes at least 120 minutes, but more likely longer
