Oatmeal with chocolate: warms and satiates

50 g oatmeal 200 ml vegetable milk 30 g dark chocolate 1/2 KL cinnamon to taste fruit

A simple morning affair that is both a dessert and a healthy start to the day in one.

Prepare the ingredients:

Place the flakes in a saucepan and bring to the boil with the milk and cinnamon.

Cook to desired consistency, remove from heat and stir in chocolate. I had just loaded such raspberry 😉

Finally stir in the fruit (frozen forest mix and banana for me), but of course use whatever you have at home
