Oatmeal with apple cider

Oatmeal is a breakfast classic. We have a vegan version for you with apple cider, raisins, plums and crunchy slices of almonds. It’s ready in ten minutes!

Ingredients:

Ingredients – 1 serving: 60 g of oatmeal 350 ml apple cider 1 handful of slivered almonds 1 handful of raisins pinch of ground cinnamon plums or other fruit to taste

Procedure:

  • In a saucepan, mix the oatmeal with the apple cider
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until the oatmeal has softened. Then set aside and let rest for a while
  • Stir the cinnamon into the porridge and ladle onto a plate or into a bowl
  • Decorate the porridge with almonds, raisins and fresh fruit.
