Oatmeal Soup with Yeast

Soup of oatmeal, yeast, onion, egg, water, butter, chives and salt.

Ingredients:

40 g of yeast 1.2 l of water 1 pk bulb 1 pk eggs 5 tbsp oatmeal 3 tbsp butter 2 tablespoons chopped chives salt

Procedure:

1. Rinse the oatmeal, pour it into a pot of boiling salted water and cook it until soft
2. In the meantime, heat the butter in a frying pan, add the finely chopped onion, fry it, then add the crumbled yeast and fry it until golden brown, stirring constantly, finally crack the egg into the mixture, stir it and let it set
3. Add the prepared yeast mixture to the cooked oatmeal, stir thoroughly and cook together for a while
4. Season the finished soup with salt and serve each portion sprinkled with chopped chives.
