1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 5 tbsp oatmeal 1.25 liters water 2 pk carrots 1 pk kohlrabi 100 g peas 1 cube meat broth to taste salt to taste vegeta a little parsley
procedure
1.
Fry the finely chopped onion and oatmeal in the oil. Pour water, add finely chopped Vegetable Recipes, bouillon cube, salt and boil until tender.
2.
Flavour the hot soup with the veggies and chopped parsley. Do not thicken the soup.
