Oatmeal Pancakes

Try having cereal for breakfast! Here’s a simple recipe for delicious, yet healthy, pancakes fried in oil and served with yoghurt, nuts, honey or your favourite small fruit.

Ingredients:

Rule for 1 serving: 1/2 cup of organic milk 100 g 1 tbsp honey 1 piece organic egg cinnamon organic olive oil for frying quality yogurt, nuts, honey or your favorite fruit to serve

Procedure:

  • Mix all ingredients and let rest for at least ten minutes to allow the cereal to soak in and swell with the milk.
  • Make a thicker porridge, scooping it up with a spoon and forming regular circles in a hot pan.
  • You can garnish the result with good quality yoghurt, nuts, honey or your favourite fruit.
  • Recommendation:

    Breathless fritters? Simply add 1/2 bag of baking powder.
