1 cup fine oatmeal 1 cup milk 1 pcs ripe banana 1 KL baking powder 1 pinch salt
procedure
1. In a bowl, pour the milk over the oatmeal and let it soak for a while. Add the mashed banana, baking powder and mix the whole mixture with a stick blender. 2. Pour the thin batter with a spoon into the non-stick frying pan that you have heated. Turn the pancakes only when bubbles start to form on the surface. 3. Serve to taste with jam, cottage cheese, yoghurt, fruit, honey, maple syrup or Nutella.
