Oatmeal Gnocchi

Dough made of flour, milk, eggs, salt and oatmeal.

Ingredients:

200 g oatmeal 75 g of coarse flour 600 ml of milk 2 pcs egg 1 tsp baking powder salt

Procedure:

1. Put the oatmeal in a bowl, salt the milk, heat it and pour the hot milk over the oatmeal
2. Let them swell for 30 minutes
3. Add beaten eggs, coarse flour mixed with baking powder and make a stiffer dough

-Serve as a side dish with sauces.
