This is such a quick recipe for when you get hungry and don’t feel like cooking. I often have cravings for porridge, a snack, a calorie packed lunch if I’m going somewhere and in a hurry, dinner -if I know I have writing to do in the morning. You can even get raw oatmeal somewhere in organic stores, so the porridge will be packed with nutrients. It’s a calorie bomb though, so if you’re not expecting any activity or a big energy expenditure, you’ll spend a little longer eating it. If you’re allergic to the raspberries in oats, swap the oats for buckwheat. Add whatever fruit you like. This porridge is a protein bomb 🙂 1. Put the oats in the blender with the water they were soaked in. Blend together with the apricots and cinnamon. You can also add a banana. The soaking will soften the flakes and make them easier to blend. 2. Pour into a bowl, mix with honey and mixed nuts or nuts or coconut syrup and decorate the top with fruit, sweetener, pollen or even coconut flakes…
