Flourless pancakes.
1. I mixed the oatmeal into flour. I also get to buy ready made oatmeal flour, but they just didn’t have it anywhere. 2. Grate the potatoes finely, add the egg, salt and flour. 3. Put enough flour to make the dough thicker than for classic gnocchi. Let it sit for a bit. 4. Drop the halušky into boiling salted water and rinse after cooking. In the meantime, cook the bacon. Mix the gnocchi with the bryndza and the rendered fat. 5. Serve garnished with sour cream and cracklings.
