Ñyriisoup

Once you start to like them, you’re usually hooked. For example, you can get a delicious seafood soup like this.
Ingredients for four
300g of mixed rice (or your choice) 1 fennel 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic; 7dl red milk 3dl white wine 1 bunch dill olive salt white pepper
Peel and chop the onions and fennel. Finely chop the dill.
Place the olive oil and onions in a pan. Lightly sauté and add the fennel. Simmer gently for ten minutes.
Set aside for a more vigorous lämpöä and add the wine. Bring the mixture to a simmer, add half the milk and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Drizzle in the rest of the milk. Allow to foam slightly.
When it bubbles well, add the yriäyriäiset. Bring to a quick boil, add the chopped dill and serve the soup. Garnish with dill.
