Nutella cupcakes with pistachios

100 g butter 200 g Nutella 50 g powdered sugar 1 pk egg 1/2 KL baking powder 360 g plain flour chocolate for coating pistachios for sprinkling

In a bowl, first mix the softened butter with Nutella. Add the egg, icing sugar and mix everything together well with a mixer.

Mix the flour and icing sugar in a separate bowl and gradually add to the Nutella mixture, stirring constantly.

Finally, work the dough with your hands to get a smooth mass that is easy to work with.

Grease and flour the cupcake tins (just before the first filling).

Bake at 180°C for approximately 11-12 minutes.

Once baked and cooled, drizzle with a little chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
