1. Dice the peppers, slice the onion and garlic. Cut the white part of the spring onions into rounds. Cut the tomatoes in half. Tear the leaves from the sprig of thyme and finely chop the smaller sprig of rosemary. 2. Heat the oil in a stoneware pan on the grill and briefly fry the sausages in it. Then add the Vegetable Recipes without the tomatoes. Sauté everything briefly, add the tomatoes and herbs. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour over the beer and cook on the grill for about 8 minutes. 3.
