Noodles with semolina

1/2 kg coarse flour 1 pk egg a little salt a little water 100 g semolina 100 g lard

1. Make a stiff dough from the flour, egg, salt and water and let it stand for 15 min. Then roll it out on a floured paddle and form noodles, which you cook in boiling water. 2. Fry the semolina in lard, season with salt, pour boiling water (about 1,5 dl) over the noodles and simmer covered. 3. Then mix it with the noodles. Serve with salad or cucumber.
