Noodles with eggs and ham

Homemade gnocchi fried in a pan with eggs, bacon and ham cubes, seasoned with spices and grated cheese.

Ingredients:

400 g of coarse flour 100 g ham off the bone 100 g coarsely grated gouda 50 g bacon 200-250 ml water 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp egg for batter + 1-2 eggs per 1 serving 2 pcs of nutritional yeast (available in Health Food stores) sprinkles pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Push the dough into the boiling salted water through the gnocchi sieve, stir gently so that it does not stick to the bottom, when the gnocchi float to the surface, cook for 3 minutes, then drain into a sieve, rinse briefly with cold water, let drain
3. Put the diced bacon in the pan and let it cook, add the gnocchi (I had 1/
4 of the batch), then the diced ham and fry for a while, then crack the egg, stir, salt and pepper and add the grated gouda, when the egg is curdled and the cheese melted, we are done
