Noodles with apples

Dessert of cooked wide noodles, stewed apples, cottage cheese and sugar.

Ingredients:

350 g of wide noodles 80 g vegetable fat or butter 4-6 pcs apple grated cottage cheese sugar or sugar with cinnamon

Procedure:

1. Boil the noodles in salted water until tender, drain them and let them drain
2. Add the noodles and fry them briefly, turning occasionally
4. When serving, sprinkle each portion with grated cottage cheese and sugar or just cinnamon sugar.
