No-bake cake with cherries and chocolate

ingredients

150 g butter biscuits 3 tbsp walnuts (ground) 1 tsp gingerbread spice 100 g melted butter 200 g cherry jam 250 ml whipped cream 250 g dark chocolate (60%)

Tartlet mould with a diameter of 28 cm

This cake is suitable for any occasion, and for anyone who loves chocolate (who doesn’t!:-D)

1.

150g crushed biscuits, 3 tablespoons – walnuts, 1 teaspoon – gingerbread spice and 100g melted butter mixed together

Place the mixed biscuit mixture into the tartlet tin and press it firmly and evenly into the whole tin, including the edges.

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the mould from the fridge and add 200g of sour cherry jam on top of the set biscuit mixture and spread evenly.

5.

Add 250g of dark chocolate to 250ml of hot whipped cream and stir until the chocolate melts.

6.

Once melted, pour the chocolate over the cake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
