Nigiri sushi

The snack has a portion of rice underneath and a pasta dish.auml;llä täyte, which may be nori”vyöll” cöyted on. Nigiri is an easy-to-make sushi.
Ingredients
Sushi rice fresh sea fish such as salmon, whitefish, perch, tuna etc Nori sheet wasabi
Tamagoyaki egg
(kä3 eggs 3 tablespoons dashi broth 1 tablespoon brown sugar
You can buy fried tofu sheet for nigiri in Japanese shops.
Cut the fish or other meat into slices the size of a matchstick but thinner.
If you have a nigiri mould, press the täyte into the bottom, add wasabi and then press the rice into the mould. Press well and open carefully. Otherwise, you can shape the nigiri against the cheese.
Afterwards, you can strap the nigiri with a narrow piece of Nori tape that has been slightly moistened.
After the nigiri have been pressed, you can use a small piece of Nori tape.
