pcs boneless pork curry 4 pcs carrots 1 pcs celery 1 pcs parsley 1 pcs dumplings 4 pcs bay leaves 6 pcs whole black pepper 6 pcs whole allspice 1 pcs cooking cream 4 tbsp plain flour pcs salt
procedure

Peel and prepare the greens.

Cut into cubes.

Put the Vegetable Recipes in a pot add the meat and cover with water. Put the water so that the meat is still sticking out. Add salt.

Add the spices, I put them in a tea bag so I can find them faster. And simmer. Cook everything together for about an hour and a half, until the meat is tender.

When the meat is already soft, take it out and cut it into slices.

Drain a little water from the pot and blend the Vegetable Recipes with a stick blender. Add the cream with the plain flour. Simmer the sauce for a few more minutes and add the meat.
7.
Serve with dumplings. Have a good taste.
