700 g pork shoulder 1,75 liters water 2 pcs onion 6 pcs whole black pepper 3 pcs whole allspice 1 pcs bay leaf to taste salt 2 tbsp semolina a little parsley
procedure

Cover the pork with cold water, add onion, pepper, bay leaf, salt and boil until tender.

Drain and set aside. Trim the meat from the bones, discard the fat and chop the meat finely.
