New Year’s Eve Marinated Pork Leg Slices

Inspiration for a New Year’s Eve lunch or an early dinner. The day before, marinated slices of pork leg browned in oil, served with variously prepared potatoes or bread and some vegetable salad.

Ingredients:

1 kg of pork rump (chicken cutlets can also be used) oil For the marinade: 4 pcs of egg 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp milk 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp crushed cumin 1 tsp

td>red chilli 1 tsp marjoram 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt For garnish: variously steamed potatoes or bread

Procedure:

1. Cut and tenderize the meat
2. Mix all the ingredients together, then put the meat in the prepared marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for 24 hours
3. The next day, fry in oil, serve with variously prepared potatoes or bread and vegetable salad.
