New Year’s Eve garlic sauce

Soup with the taste and smell of garlic, served with bread croutons and cheese.

Ingredients:

1.5 l of water 1 pk bone broth 2 pk bread slices 6 pcs garlic cloves

/td> 2 tablespoons of lard 1 teaspoon of crushed cumin 1 teaspoon of veggie soup seasoning green parsley salt

Procedure:

1. Boil water with broth and cumin for about 5 minutes
2. Add a tablespoon of lard, season with salt, veggies, soup seasoning, let it come to a boil
3. Add the crushed garlic and chopped parsley

Recommendation:

Soup can also be flavored with grated cheese or enriched with a lost egg.
