New potatoes with cottage cheese

New potatoes cooked in salt water with cumin, served with cottage cheese mixed with niva and milk, garnished with radishes.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 800 g of new (early) potatoes 250 g 50 g niva 4 tbsp milk 1 bunch of black radishes water cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water with cumin until tender, peel them, slice them and divide them on plates
2. Pour the cottage cheese mixed with niva and milk over the individual portions
3. Garnish with washed and sliced radishes and serve immediately.
