Nesquik muffins with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Nesquik muffins to make with your Thermomix, good little muffins that will delight the little ones and adults snack time or breakfast.

Ingredients: 125 g water 120 g flour 35 g nesquik 15 g sunflower oil 90 g sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C
In the thermomix bowl put the flour, sugar, Nesquik, baking powder and vanilla extract, then pour in the oil and water and set 40 sec to speed 5.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins.
Then put in the oven for 20 min, watching the cooking.
After remove from the oven, let cool then serve.
