Nesquik dessert

ingredients

White filling

2 crucibles sour cream 4 packets vanilla sugar 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Dark filling

2 crucibles sour cream 10 tbsp Nesquik 3 KL water 7 tbsp icing sugar 1 tbsp oil

Cesto

6 pcs egg 9 PL granulated sugar 16 PL oil 12 PL semi-coarse flour 10 PL Nesquik 1 packet baking powder

The recipe comes from Serbia, it will please every and housewife 🙂 and especially children. And it is quick 🙂

White filling.

Dark filling: mix everything together

Doughnut: Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar slowly adding the ingredients and finally add the beaten egg whites. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 -20 minutes depending on the type of oven

Let the sponge cool, cut in half. Spread apricot jam on top then put the white filling then the sponge cake again and the dark sponge cake on top 🙂

Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours in the fridge and it’s done.
