Neplavci

A funny variant of the classic “drowned” cut into rounds and marinated with Vegetable Recipes in a sweet and sour brine.

Ingredients:

1 kg of dips 4 pcs larger onions 1 pc meaty red peppers 1 pc

td>hot peppers, such as hot peppers For the brine: 0.6 l water 0.3 l vinegar 2 pcs bean leaves 4 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp salt several allspice beads several black peppercorns

Procedure:

1. Put water and vinegar to boil, once the water starts boiling add salt, sugar, spices, oil and let it boil for 4-5 minutes, then let everything cool slightly 2. Peel the beetroots and cut them into thicker rounds, as well as the peeled peppers, peeled onions into slices
3. Fill the jars with warm brine (with spices), close well and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Recommendation:

Everyone can adapt the infusion to their own palate. Instead of red peppers, you can use all hot peppers, but then it will be quite nice!
