Neck with sauce
ingredients
to taste pork neck a little oil 3 cloves of garlic pressed garlic pk pepper 1 pk egg 1 tbsp full fat mustard 1 crucible whipping cream to taste salt

The pork neck is roasted in the oven and the fat made into a sauce. I admit I tried it for the first time by myself
1.
Cut the turkey into large slices and brush them with a little oil

Add spices (in my case cerv.paprika and pepper) put on a baking sheet and chop the onion and mash the garlic.

We pour boiling water but not so that the meat floats. Cover with foil and bake for an hour. Then pour half of the cream over the meat and uncover and bake for about 15min

Remove the pieces of meat from the baking sheet and pour the fat into the pot. In a bowl, whisk the egg with the remaining cream and mustard. Add to the sauce and bring to the boil. Set aside. Finally, add a pat of butter and knead until melted.
