Neapolitan Chutneys

Baked sandwiches with cheese, tomatoes and anchovies.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 4 pieces of sliced white bread 120 g Bel Paese cheese (other hard cheese can be used) 8 pcs of celery 2 pcs tomatoes oregano spear ground pepper frying oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the crusts off the 7 mm thick slices of bread
2. Cut each slice into 2 triangles and place them on a well-greased pan
3. Bake them in a medium oven until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Recommendation:

– Serve as an appetizer for 4 people or as a main course for 1 person.
