Naumburg mutton leg

Cooked leg of mutton with broth sauce.

Ingredients:

800 g of lard 60 g oil 30 g of plain flour 2 pcs of garlic cloves 1 pk carrots 1 pk petrels 1/4 pcs of celery 5 dl masox stock 5 tbsp cream ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Rub the cleaned, rinsed and dried mutton with salt mixed with pepper and crushed garlic 2. Place in a casserole with heated oil and fry
3. Remove the meat, fry the cleaned and finely chopped Vegetable Recipes in the fat, return the meat, pour in the broth, add the cream and slowly simmer until the leg is soft (turn the meat during the simmering and pour in the broth as needed)

-Serve with boiled beans and potato dumplings or rice.
