Naked muffins

Nut muffins are a great treat for children’s parties or snacks, for example. They’re so good that they’ll taste good even in a cupboard freezer!
Ingredients for four
200g sausages 2 eggs 2 dl of buttermilk 3-4 dl of wheat flour 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Ketchup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Put the oven on 180C. Beat the eggs and mix in the rest of the dough ingredients. Pätki myös naks into the batter.
Soak the muffin liners in the foodöljyä. Then pour the batter into more than half of the baking dish, leaving a little room to rise.
Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool for a while in the oven. Stir in the ketchup mayonnaise and leave to stand.
