My pizza

600 g plain flour 4 tbsp vegetable oil 3 dl milk 1/2 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 1 cube yeast

Me and the kids love pizza, butee that really very much. My mom bakes and makes pizza too and homemade is awesome. The dough is super soft and you can have whatever you want I especially love the rich toppings.

Start with sourdough starter add sugar to warm milk, stir, add yeast mix a little and pour flour on top let the sourdough rise. To the flour I add 2 tsp of salt to the risen sourdough starter and 6 tablespoons of oil and add the milk that I have left and mix a smooth dough, which I let rise for 40 min.Meanwhile I prepare ham, sausage, bacon, hermelin, tomatoes, just whatever you like, so you put there. After it rises, I oil my baking sheet lightly and with greasy hands I spread the dough and rub it with tomato puree mixed with pizza seasoning and start putting all the goodies and sprinkle the top generously with cheese and in between the slices of ham I love cheese.

To the flour I add 2 tsp of salt, the risen sourdough starter and 6 tbsp of oil and add the milk I have left to knead a smooth dough which I let rise for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile I’m going to make ham, sausage, bacon, hermelin, tomatoes just whatever you like so you put it in there. After it rises, I lightly oil a baking sheet and spread the dough with my greasy hands and brush it with tomato puree mixed with pizza seasoning and start putting all the goodies and sprinkle the top generously with cheese and put some more niva in between the ham slices (I love cheese).

I will bake at 180 degrees for roughly 40 minutes. I always follow my oven’s recipe . It really is delicious and comes out two baking sheets one big and one smaller, if you don’t have a big family just cut the batch in half.
