Mostly made for birthdays,name day, Christmas and Easter… It’s a time-tested recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation for the best punch cuts under ☀️

Bake 3 sponge cake batters: – two with 4 eggs – add food coloring to both – one with 6 eggs

Punch: Strain 1 bottle of apricot compote and juice, add 1 dcl rum, 1dcl sanquik, 1 punch essence, 2 tablespoons icing sugar.

Smear one slice of 4 eggs with apricot jam, attach a slice of 6 eggs, remove the skin to make it drink the punch better, pour it over, when it has soaked in, smear with jam and attach a third slice. We load it for the night with about 4 kg of sugar, for example.

Place the sugar icing on top, which you prepare according to the instructions. Leave to set, cool and serve

The amount of ingredients in the recipe is for a round cake tin 26 cm diameter, if you want a large cake tin you need to increase the quantity. Have a good taste
