My French potatoes: extra juicy

ingredients

1,5 kg potatoes 4 pcs egg sausage (I give it a twist) 1 crucible sour cream 1 pcs onion 1 crucible whipped cream cream cheese in a casing, or cubes 1 to 2 Salt, and black pepper ground vegeta 200 g g grated cheese for baking

I love French potatoes and especially these ones my way. I put in whatever I can find in the fridge once I tried putting in whatever the fridge will give and it’s yummy.

I don’t cook potatoes. I slice them into rounds, in the meantime I cook my eggs. I cut up sausage, when I have some in the fridge and want to use it up I also put Orava bacon, hermelin and niva, I had these ingredients left over from baking pizza once so I used them and the potatoes were great so I consciously make them .

So I put the sliced potatoes, put them on a buttered baking tray, add salt, sausage, eggs and bacon, ermine and nivea and cover the potatoes with the creamy vinaigrette.

I make the dressing by frying the onion in oil add the cream cheese let it melt, add the sour cream and whipped cream season with ground pepper, salt and a little vegeta all in moderation.

And again I continue the layering. On the last layer I pour the cream topping.

I bake at 180 degrees for roughly 1 hour after an hour I sprinkle a thick layer of cheese on top and bake again. It’s better to let the flavors come through after removing from the oven, but it never lasts and it also immediately melts on my plate
