step
1. Boil the bones and meat in water for about 20 minutes. Skim off the foam from the stock, then season with salt and add the cleaned whole root Vegetable Recipes, onion, whole black pepper and cook slowly for about 2 hours. 2. Strain the broth, skim the remaining fat from the surface, cut the meat into smaller pieces, chop the Vegetable Recipes into noodles and put everything back into the soup, which we salt to taste.
