Desserts with the taste of caramel are delicious! And this no-bake cake with Lotus crackers is divine!

Corpus. Dump them into a bowl and pour melted butter over them. Stir well.

Place the mixture in the cake tin and spread it well on the bottom so that it does not remain crumbly.

Cream: Beat the mascarpone with the icing sugar. Add the salsa and two tablespoons of the Lotus spread. I used Cruchna, which is deliciously crunchy in the cream 🙂 Reserve the rest for the topping.

Whisk the whipping cream until semi-stiff and add it to the mascarpone. Mix well and spread over the biscuit crust. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least two hours.

Field: Transfer the remaining spread to a saucepan and heat. Let it cool and spread it over the top of the cake. Enjoy.
