Mussels with lemon

Shells in their own juice mixed with lemon juice, wine, puree and other ingredients, served chilled in glass cups. Recipe from Mexico with the original name “Mariscos con limón”.

Ingredients:

3 pcs canned mussels in their own juice 80 g 0.1 l of dry white wine 1/4 tsp grated lemon juice juice from one to two lemons a few drops of Tabasco salt

Procedure:

1. Drain the mussels and place in a cup (giant goblet)
2. Mix lemon juice and zest, puree, Tabasco
3. Salt the marinade and pour over the mussels, stir and let cool
4. Serve in a glass.
