Mushrooms with grits baked
ingredients
250 g grits 40 g lard 60 g onion 250 g mushrooms 10 g lard for baking 20 g lard on top to taste ground black pepper, salt, garlic, water
procedure
Boil the grits in salted water until soft. Put the sliced mushrooms to stew on chopped and browned onions in lard. Then add them to the grits, stir, add the rubbed garlic, pepper and mix everything together. Put everything on a greased baking tray, put the lard on top and bake in the oven for a while.
