Mushrooms with egg

ingredients

250 g mushrooms 4 pcs egg 2 pcs onion 2 tbsp oil ground black pepper ground cumin chives water salt

step

1. Clean and chop the mushrooms and then saute in the fat in which we have fried the finely chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper and baste with a little water while stewing. Cover with a lid. 2. As soon as the mushrooms are soft and without juices, add the beaten eggs and stir until they curdle. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped chives. Serve with pastries or bread.
