Spinach stuffed mushrooms a very easy and quick recipe to make, follow the steps to make your dish successful.
Ingredients:
– 6 large stems of black mushrooms removed
– 100 g of chopped spinach
– 1 chopped onion
– 1 chopped clove of garlic
.br> – 3 tablespoons butter
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 25 cl milk
– Salt, Pepper
Preparation:
Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper and sauté in butter.
Remove the mushrooms from the pan and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
In the same pan add the chopped onion with the chopped garlic then add the milk and flour, after 2 min add the spinach and season with salt and pepper and let it cook over low heat for a few minutes.
Place 2 spoonfuls of the sauce on each mushroom and cook in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
