Mushrooms stuffed with pimiento and bacon

16 pcs mushrooms 200 g Niva cheese 1 pcs onion 130 g bacon 1 tbsp lard

Spread the mushrooms on a greased baking sheet. Fill them with the cheese and bacon filling, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and put them in the preheated oven to bake for about 20 minutes.
