Mushrooms stuffed with parmesan

ingredients

12 pcs fresh large mushrooms 2 pcs spring onions 30 g herb butter 25 g butter 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 80 g parmesan 1 pinch salt 1 pinch ground black pepper 1 clove garlic

step

1. Clean the mushrooms, remove their legs and finely chop them together with the onion and fry them in hot butter. Add the breadcrumbs, stir the mixture and leave to cool. 2. Season with salt and pepper, add herb butter, pressed garlic and half of the grated cheese. 3. Fill the mushrooms with the finished filling, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, place in a baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes.
