Mushrooms stuffed with horseradish stuffing

250 g mushrooms 3 tbsp spreadable butter 2 tsp horseradish 2 pcs egg

1. In a bowl, mix the filling from the eggs, horseradish and spread. 2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the legs. Use these in soup, omelette or spread. Fill with the mixture, cover the mushrooms with a little water and a little oil. Put in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
