Mushrooms on cream

1 pk onion to taste fresh mushrooms 1 pk sour cream a little salt a little ground black pepper

Simmer the mushrooms on the onion, pour the whisked sour cream and cook them until thickened. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Serve the mushrooms thus prepared with boiled potatoes.
