500 g fresh mushrooms 150 ml wine vinegar 100 ml water to taste salt 5 pcs bay leaf 1 pcs onion 6 pcs whole black pepper 4 pcs cloves 300 ml olive oil
procedure
1. Clean the mushrooms, if you have larger pieces you can cut them into smaller ones. Pour the vinegar, water, salt, bay leaf, chopped onion, whole peppercorns and cloves into a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes. 2. Drain the mushrooms and place them in the prepared glass jars. Pour the olive oil over them, seal them and set them aside in a cool place.
