Mushrooms in triple coating

ingredients

250 g mushrooms fresh 2 pcs eggs milk flour breadcrumbs oil salt parsley

step

A tasty lunch or dinner. Stir-fried mushrooms in a triple layer.

1.

Clean and rinse mushrooms, cut larger ones in half, pat dry and season with salt. Sift the flour. Beat the eggs with a hand whisk with a little milk and a pinch of salt.

2.

Wipe the mushrooms dry with a kitchen paper towel and wrap in triple layer. First in flour, then in egg mixture and finally in breadcrumbs. You can also add sesame seeds to the breadcrumbs.

3.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.

4.

Mushrooms taste best with roasted potatoes with fresh parsley and homemade yogurt dip or dressing. Enjoy!
