3/4 kg mushrooms 60 g butter 1 pk onion 1 tbsp semi-coarse flour 2 pk colored paprika to taste salt, pepper,

step

1. Fry the chopped onion in butter. Add the chopped mushrooms and peppers, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until semi-soft. 2. Mix the flour in a little water and add to the mushrooms. Simmer for a while and season with salt.
